Cancellation and Refund Policy

RIYA WEB TECHNOLOGY believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore adopted a flexible cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the orders have already been processed or communicated to vendors/merchants.
- We do not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund or replacement may be possible if the delivered product quality is not satisfactory.
Refund and Replacement Policy
- If you receive damaged or defective items, please report it to our Customer Service Team on the same day of delivery.
- If the product you receive is different from what was shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our customer service within the same day.
- After reviewing your complaint, our Customer Service Team will take an appropriate decision regarding refund or replacement.
- For products covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Refund Process
- If a refund is approved by RIYA WEB TECHNOLOGY, it will be processed within 1–2 business days.

RIYA WEB TECHNOLOGY अपने ग्राहकों की मदद करने में विश्वास रखता है, इसलिए हमने एक सरल और लचीली रद्दीकरण एवं रिफंड नीति बनाई है।
रद्दीकरण (Cancellation) नीति
- ऑर्डर करने के तुरंत बाद ही रद्दीकरण अनुरोध स्वीकार किया जाएगा। यदि ऑर्डर प्रोसेस हो चुका है या विक्रेता/मर्चेंट को भेज दिया गया है, तो रद्दीकरण संभव नहीं होगा।
- हम नाशवान उत्पाद (जैसे फूल, खाने-पीने की चीजें आदि) के लिए रद्दीकरण स्वीकार नहीं करते हैं। हालांकि, यदि उत्पाद की गुणवत्ता सही नहीं है, तो रिफंड या रिप्लेसमेंट दिया जा सकता है।

- यदि प्राप्त उत्पाद वेबसाइट पर दिखाए गए प्रोडक्ट से अलग है या आपकी अपेक्षा के अनुसार नहीं है, तो इसकी सूचना उसी दिन देना आवश्यक है।
- आपकी शिकायत की जांच के बाद, हमारी टीम उचित निर्णय लेकर रिफंड या रिप्लेसमेंट प्रदान करेगी।
- यदि उत्पाद पर निर्माता वारंटी है, तो कृपया सीधे निर्माता से संपर्क करें।
रिफंड प्रक्रिया
- यदि RIYA WEB TECHNOLOGY द्वारा रिफंड स्वीकृत किया जाता है, तो यह 1–2 कार्य दिवस के भीतर प्रोसेस कर दिया जाएगा।
